演講嘉賓簡介：
Charles Wang
Charles Wang 是位於深圳的對衝基金 Ceres Capital Management Co., Ltd 的董事長。Ceres 運營多种 quantitative strategies，包括 China equity market-neutral、China market long-short、China market quantitative equity、global asset allocation 與 US market neutral 等策略。Charles 是一位資深的 equity portfolio 管理者，在中美兩地市場擁有 20 餘年從業經驗。
在創辦 Ceres Capital 之前，Charles 先後任職於 RXR Capital、Aeltus Investments、Putnam Investments，並在 Acadian Asset Management 任職近十年，担任 portfolio manager 及 senior partner，管理其屡獲殊榮的新興市場基金（AEMGX，2000–2009 年間表現第一）。2010 年回到中国後，他出任 E-fund Asset Management (HK) 的 CEO。2012 年加入位於深圳的 Bosera Asset Management，担任 Equity Quantitative Investment 部門 CIO，管理行業內規模最大的量化組合，其中 Bosera CSI 300 大盤增強指數基金為 2014 年表現最佳的增強指數基金。
除職業生涯外，Charles 也長期承担社會責任。他致力於在中美之間架起橋梁、促進合作。他曾任 The Chinese Finance Association (TCFA) 主席，並是 Q Group 與 CQA（美国兩大著名機構專業網絡）的成員。他目前担任深圳金融行業協會主席，並是深圳市人大代表。
Charles 在 Peking University 獲數學學士學位，在 University of Massachusetts Amherst 獲應用數學碩士學位，並在 Yale University 獲金融博士學位。

TCFA 簡介
The Chinese Finance Association (TCFA) is a government registered non-profit organization aimed at facilitating the exchange of ideas, knowledge and information on education, research and practice in finance and related areas between the US and China. TCFA seeks to bring together the collective wisdom and expertise of scholars and professionals active in the field of finance in an effort to help the development of capital markets in China. TCFA further seeks to serve as the central venue to service its members in their professional development. In pursuit of these goals, TCFA and its local chapters organize and sponsor a broad range of activities including the best paper awards, career development workshops, seminars and annual conferences.
