2025 Biomedical Pitch Competition 展示了多元化的前沿生物医疗技术。本届决赛入围团队涵盖细胞、抗体与基因疗法、精准肿瘤、靶向药物递送与再生医学等先进平台。多家公司也运用 AI 工具进行诊断与治疗开发，凸显 AI 在医疗领域日益增长的角色。这些技术既以扎实的科学与稳健的临床前或早期临床数据为基础，又展现出明确的商业潜力，吸引了大量投资者关注，并为多支团队带来了短期合作或临床推进的机会。
第一名 — Arbele Limited
Arbele Limited 是一家位于 Hong Kong Science Park 的 biotech 公司，致力于开发针对 Cadherin-17 (CDH17) 的 first-in-class 疗法 — CDH17 是在消化道肿瘤中广泛表达的高选择性靶点。Arbele 的核心候选药物 ARB-202 是一款新型 T-cell engager，可结合 CD3 与 CDH17，在治疗耐药患者中已显示出令人鼓舞的早期安全性与生存数据。该平台凭借肿瘤特异性表达与最小化 off-target 风险的独特能力，在拥挤的免疫肿瘤领域脱颖而出。除此之外，Arbele 还有多项 ADC 项目正在开发中，并即将在美国与中国进行监管申报。其靶向方法在创新性与转化成熟度上均获得评委高度评价。
第二名 — Inovetex
Inovetex 凭借 Novo 111 获得第二名 — 这是一款肿瘤靶向铂类治疗药物，旨在克服传统化疗的耐药与毒性问题。基于 UT Austin 开发的大环结构，Novo 111 可将铂直接递送至肿瘤微环境，绕过 DNA 耐药通路，达到 70:1 的肿瘤/正常组织比值。该疗法在铂耐药肿瘤的临床前研究中展现出显著疗效，即将进入 Phase 1 临床试验。
并列第二名 — FluidForm Bio
FluidForm Bio 凭借其针对 1 型糖尿病的 3D 生物打印细胞疗法获得并列第二名，提供无需每日注射胰岛素或系统性免疫抑制的潜在治愈方案。其在 Carnegie Mellon 开发的 FRESH 生物打印技术能够实现含 iPSC 衍生 β 细胞的精确血管化皮下植入物。临床前结果显示，糖尿病小鼠在长达六个月内血糖控制稳定，且未出现纤维化反应。公司目前正推进 IND-enabling 研究，为首次人体试验做准备。
第三名 — Surio Therapeutics
Surio Therapeutics 凭借其 ATTACK 平台获得第三名 — 这是一种基于两步点击化学的药物递送系统，可在不依赖表面抗原的情况下精准靶向肿瘤细胞。临床前数据显示，相较传统 ADC，其在肿瘤选择性与安全性上有显著提升，临床试验预计很快启动。
第三名 — Hopstem Biotechnology Inc
Hopstem Biotechnology Inc 致力于开发用于慢性中风患者的 iPSC 衍生 progenitor 细胞疗法，旨在再生受损脑组织并恢复现有疗法所无法解决的功能损失。早期临床结果显示 80% 的应答率，是现有疗法的 2 倍，公司即将进入 Phase 2 试验并进行全球监管申报。
第三名 — Epigenic Therapeutics
Epigenic Therapeutics 凭借其非编辑型 epigenetic modulation 平台获得第三名 — 该平台可在不改变 DNA 的前提下安全且可逆地调控基因表达，为 CRISPR 提供突破性替代方案。其核心候选药物 EPI-4 在临床前研究中显示出长效降低 LDL-C 的能力，多项管线正在全球范围内推进至临床验证。
